OpinionGauge Survey Pricing

Use of the OpinionGauge system is priced based on the package to which you subscribe. Each package is tailored to provide a cost-effective solution to the functional and volume needs of a particular type of user.

1. Free  Package available at no cost. This package includes all features of our chargable services, but includes adverts discreetly positioned within the survey page, and also embedded in the invitation emails sent to your audience asking them to take part in your survey. Adverts are randomly chosen for display but their content will be guided by the location and type of your survey audience to ensure that only relevant adverts are displayed.

2. Pay-as-you-go Package provides a good entry point for users needing to send infrequent or one-off  low-volume emails and surveys, but wishing to remove the advertising banners displayed when using the Free service. This package allows you to pay for what you use on a month-by-month basis, but provides access to all major functions of the service.

3. Basic Package allows users who need to survey regularly to benefit from reduced rates for the chargable elements of the service and to remove the advertising banners displayed in the Free service, in return for a small monthly subscritpion fee.

4. Corporate Package is targetted at high volume users who are prepared to pay higher monthly subscription in return for signifiantly reduced rates on the chargable elements of the service, and wishing to remove the advertising banners of the Free service.

5. Invoice-Only Package  provides all the benefits of a corporate subscription, with payment by invoice instead of credit card. Again, this service is free from advertising banners.

Bepoke Packages can be developed to meet the needs of specific groups of customers. For example, a franchise organisation might require a pre-built set of branded survey templates and questionnaires encapsulating the core brand and layout but leaving specific details to be completed by each outlet.
